Stress has become an unavoidable part of modern life. From work deadlines to social pressures, our bodies are constantly bombarded with stimuli that trigger our nervous system’s fight-or-flight response. While short-term stress can be beneficial - heightening focus and improving reaction times, chronic stress wreaks havoc on our health.
